Vibe Remote is a remote management tool that lets you control and manage computer sessions from your iPhone. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting as little data as possible.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:
We do not require personal information to use the service. We do not intentionally collect personal data such as your real name, email address, or phone number. If you voluntarily use personal information as your connector identifier or nickname, that data will be stored as part of your account. We do not use any such data for tracking, advertising, or marketing purposes.
If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider such as Google, your email address may be provided by the authentication service solely for the purpose of account authentication. We do not use this information for tracking, advertising, or marketing.
Vibe Remote routes your commands and responses directly between your iPhone and your computer whenever possible. The cloud relay server only facilitates the initial connection handshake — it does not store, inspect, or log the content of your sessions.

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Subscription status is verified locally on your device via StoreKit.
Connector data on the relay server is automatically cleaned up after extended inactivity. You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app or removing the agent from your computer. There is no server-side data to request deletion of beyond the connector identifier.
All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Authentication credentials are hashed with bcrypt. On iOS, sensitive data is stored in the Keychain with device-only access protection.
Vibe Remote may be used in conjunction with third-party AI platforms and services. Any API keys, account credentials, or other secrets you configure or use through Vibe Remote remain your sole responsibility. While we implement security measures to protect data in transit and at rest, the developer is not responsible for any loss, leakage, or unauthorized use of your AI platform accounts, API keys, or other credentials. You should take appropriate precautions to protect your credentials, including using scoped API keys with minimal permissions and rotating keys regularly.
Vibe Remote is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
