By downloading, installing, or using vibe-remote (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
vibe-remote is a peer-to-peer remote control tool that allows you to manage your computer from your iPhone via chat interface. The service consists of an iOS app and a companion agent that runs on your computer.
You must be at least 13 years old to use vibe-remote. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connector credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your connector. You must not share your connector credentials with others.
You agree to use vibe-remote only for lawful purposes. You must not:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE DEVELOPER WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO THE DEVELOPER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You are solely responsible for any commands you send to your computer through vibe-remote. The developer is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or consequences resulting from commands executed via the App. You should exercise caution and ensure you understand the effects of any command before sending it.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the relay service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice or liability.
vibe-remote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App except as expressly permitted.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of vibe-remote, superseding any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
